4. Installation of tooling and material guns, necessary tasks and inspections before each shift.

5. The condensed water in the compressor pipeline system should be promptly drained. There is a manual ball valve located at the bottom of the square tube on the right side of the machine back, which can be opened to drain the condensed water in the pipeline.

6. Check if the working pressure of steam, compressed air, and cooling water meets the requirements.

7. Hydraulic system: motor operation, working pressure, oil tank temperature, and whether various valves are normal.

8. Is the emergency stop button switch and other functions of the control panel functioning properly.

9. Whether the hydraulic oil in the box is sufficient, whether the hydraulic oil is replaced every year, and whether the filter screen is cleaned every six months.

10. Clean the filter at the inlet of the pipeline every six months.

11. Integrated block and automatic feeding gun with compressed air processing dual pipe; If there is water buildup in the plastic cup at the bottom of the oil-water filter, it must be promptly drained; The small copper ball filter element in the cup should be cleaned regularly with gasoline or kerosene every month, and then blown clean with compressed air. Otherwise, compressed air cannot enter the control system, which can easily lead to loss of control. In addition, the oil storage tank of the oil mist device should be regularly filled with light oil (such as No. 10 mechanical oil or spindle oil, which can also be used as sewing machine oil); Oil mist lubricators are used to lubricate solenoid valves and cylinders. It is best to use plastic cups once a week when consuming fuel. If there is a lack of oil, it can easily cause the reversing valve to get stuck, malfunction, shorten the life of the cylinder, and so on.

12. Four large guide rods, oil cylinder piston rods, and four small guide rods can be lubricated with an appropriate amount of oil as needed, and an appropriate amount of oil film can be applied to the surface of the guide rods to reduce friction.

Operation safety instructions for fully automatic molding machine:

1. Before starting the machine every day, it is necessary to check whether the travel switch that controls the opening and closing of the mold is working properly.

2. The detection power supply voltage shall not exceed 10% of the rated voltage and shall not be lower than 85%.

3. During major repairs, the power and gas sources must be turned off, and signs must be hung to prohibit major repairs, non operation, and other words.

4. The safety door needs to be closed during mechanical operation, and the position of the safety door detected by the travel switch cannot be artificially tied.

5. Regularly check the air pressure, water pressure, steam pressure, and oil pressure during operation.

6. Regularly inspect the lubricating oil inside the oil mist device, promptly remove the accumulated water in the oil-water separator, and prevent damage to the pneumatic components.

7. The EPS foam particles used must be pure and must not be mixed with metal, cotton yarn, or other impurities.

8. When the machine is in operation, personnel should not insert their heads, hands, or other parts into the machine to avoid injury.

9. If there is an accident involving personnel or equipment malfunction, please press the "emergency stop" button to prevent the accident from escalating, and investigate the cause before restarting.

10. Ensure the smooth flow of safe passages and meet the needs of emergency evacuation.

11. It is not allowed to move freely, let alone modify or intentionally damage the security protection devices on the equipment.

12. Electrical appliances should be operated by professionals, and no one is allowed to press every handle and button without permission.

13. After the mechanical operation is completed, cut off the main power and close all valves.
